** Shares of Goodman Property Trust  GMT.NZ  fall as much as
3.2% to NZ$2.125, their biggest intraday pct loss since Oct 18,
2016
    ** The externally managed unit trust says its NZ$150 mln
($94.80 mln) placement at NZ$2.10 per share was fully subscribed
and the issue price represents a 4.3% discount to stock's last

    ** Stock on trading halt since Sept 18 pending an

    ** Stock hits lowest level since Aug 19
