UK's Goodwin rises on annual profit jump

** Shares of mechanical engineering company Goodwin PLC GDWN.L rise about 13.2% to 20,600p
** GDWN is top gainer on FTSE Mid 250 Index .FTMC, which is up about 0.2%
** Co reports FY trading profit of £77.50 mln ($105.3 million), more than double from a year ago
** Co says substantial part of cash proceeds from any disposal resulting from its strategic review of Mechanical Engineering division will be paid to shareholders
** YTD, including session's move, GDWN down nearly 5%
