** Shares of Australia's Ora Banda Mining OBM.AX rise as much as 16.3% to A$1.285, their highest since June 5
** Gold miner says it executed an engineering, procurement and construction contract with GR Engineering Services GNG.AX as part of Davyhurst Mill Expansion Project in Western Australia
** The contract value for the Davyhurst Mill Expansion is A$233 million ($164.87 million)
** Around 6.3 mln shares change hands, nearly 1.2x 30-day average
** OBM down 16.3% YTD
