GR Engineering Services Ltd is an Australia-based process engineering consulting and contracting company. The Company specializes in providing engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. The Company operates through two segments: Mineral Processing and Oil & Gas. The Mineral Processing segment includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts and engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) contracts. Its Oil and Gas contracts comprise the delivery of operations and maintenance, well sites, engineering and production assurance services to the customer base. The Company’s services include feasibility studies, design and construction, project management, consulting, and asset management. The Company’s projects include Abra Base Metals Project, Andy Well Gold Project, Bellevue Gold Project, Carosue Dam Expansion Project, Carosue Dam Paste Backfill Project, Cosmos Restart Project, and others.
