    * In negotiation with China Commercial Foreign Trade Chengdu 
Corporation Ltd to cooperate on a large-scale commercial trade 
centre project 
    * As at 14 June group has not entered into any legally 
binding contract in respect of potential project, relevant deal 
may or may not proceed
