Committee Changes

 

Grafton Group plc ("Grafton, "the Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Ms. Andrea Gisle Joosen as Chair of the Remuneration Committee
of the Company with effect from 2 September 2025.  Ms. Gisle Joosen succeeds
Mrs. Susan Murray who has stepped down as Chair and as a member of the
Remuneration Committee.
