Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Grafton Group plc ("the Company"), the international building materials
distributor and DIY retailer, is pleased to announce that it has completed its
share buyback programme that commenced on 31 August 2023.

 

Between 31 August 2023 and 30 April 2024, 11.09 million ordinary shares in the
Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at an
average price of £9.02 per share and a total cost of £100 million. This
represented 5.26 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company
(excluding treasury shares) when the programme commenced.
