CALGARY, Alberta, April 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gran Tierra Energy Inc.
(“Gran Tierra” or the “Company”) (NYSE American:GTE) (TSX:GTE) (LSE:
GTE) announces that the Company will release its 2026 first-quarter financial
and operating results on Thursday, May 7, 2026, post-market. Gran Tierra will
host its first quarter 2026 results conference call on Friday, May 8, 2026, at
9:00 a.m. Mountain Time, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Gran Tierra’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday,
May 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Our Annual
Meeting will be held as a virtual-only stockholder meeting with participation
occurring electronically as explained further in the Proxy Statement dated
March 17, 2026.
