Resources  GRR.AX  climb as much as 20.5% to A$0.735, set for
their best day since Feb 26
    ** Co declares a fully franked special dividend of A$0.10

    ** Co has already paid dividends amounting to A$0.04 per
share of this year
    ** Shares hit their highest since Aug 11
    ** Volumes are over two times the 30-day average of 2.6 mln
shares
    ** As of last close, stock has more than doubled in value
this year
