    * Purchaser, a unit, vendors, warrantor, mr. Wei and Suzhou 
Qidi entered into acquisition agreement 
    * Purchaser being Shanghai Jingzhu Investment Management 
Company Limited and vendors are Mr. Shen, Ms. Yang, Mr. Huang 
and Mr. Zhang 
    * Agreement in relation to sale and purchase of sale shares, 
 representing 51 pct equity interest of target co for a 
consideration of RMB17.9 million
