Investment Management Limited  
    * Earthasia Linkong agreed to sell, and Yingying Shanghai 
agreed to acquire sale shares, representing 45% equity interests 
of JV 
    * Deal for consideration of RMB17.8 million 
    * Earthasia Linkong, unit of company, entered into share 
transfer agreement with Yingying Shanghai 
    * Expected that a gain of approximately RMB10.4 million will 
be accrued to group as result of disposal 
    * Net proceeds of disposal used to financing other future 
potential investment opportunities and/or as general working 
capital
