hereby gives notice that no stabilisation (within the meaning of Article
3.2(d) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014) or the rules of the
Financial Conduct Authority) was undertaken by the Stabilisation Manager named
below in relation to the offer of the following securities.

Guarantor (if any): GPIP, Field Container Queretaro (USA), L.L.C., as well as certain existing and
future material domestic subsidiaries
Aggregate nominal amount: €290,000,000
Description: €290 million 2.625% Senior Notes due 2029
