Exercise of Warrants

 

 

Great Southern Copper plc (LSE: GSCU), the company focused on copper-gold and
silver exploration in Chile, announces that a warrant holder has exercised
their right to subscribe for 208,333 new ordinary 1p shares at an exercise
price of 2.4p per share, for gross proceeds of £5,000.  Application for
admission has been made and the admission of these new ordinary shares to
trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc, is expected to
become effective on or around 8.00am on 20(th) March 2025.

 

Total Voting Rights

The total number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 550,852,323. The above figure should be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
