 * Says company and the purchaser entered into the sale and purchase agreement 
 * Deal for consideration of hk$2.06 billion 
 * Says pursuant to agreement the co has agreed to sell the media business of the group 
 * Says parties to the mydress transaction agreed to terminate the mydress transaction in light of the disposal 
 * Will continue to explore options for the resolution of the public float issue in respect of the company following the disposal 
 * Intends to declare the special cash dividend which will be paid to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of company
