("Great Western", "GWM" or the "Company")
GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
Great Western Mining Corporation PLC (AIM: GWMO & ESM: 8GW) announces that
it has granted a total of 52 million share options, including grants to
Directors, in accordance with the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan
2014 which was approved by shareholders on 17 July 2014.
The share option awards were approved by the Board on 30 January 2023 (the
"Award Date") and the exercise price of the new options will be Sterling 0.09
pence per share, representing the average closing price for the ten preceding
days. The options are for seven years and vest immediately with exercise
subject to performance conditions being a minimum 50% uplift in the share
price.
Share Options issued to persons discharging management responsibilities are:

Alastair Ford 3,000,000
Brian Hall 10,000,000
Andrew Hay 3,000,000
Robert O'Connell 10,000,000
Max Williams 10,000,000
Great Western has 4,577,510,005 ordinary shares of €0.0001 in issue. In
addition to the options being granted today, the Company has 143,166,667 Share
Options outstanding with exercise prices ranging from 0.09 pence per share to
1.6 pence per share. The Company also has also granted warrants and
currently has outstanding a total of 249,999,999 Warrants with exercise prices
ranging from of 0.22 pence per share to 0.30 pence per share.
