** Shares of gold-copper producer, Greatland Resources GGP.AX rise as much as 2.4% to a record A$9.91

** Diversified miner Rincon Resources RCR.AX says it has signed a farm-in and joint venture agreement with GGP unit Greatland Exploration

** RCR up as much as 21.4% to A$0.017; set for its biggest intraday pct gain in three weeks

** RCR says agreement for GGP to secure licenses for exploration and mining in the eastern portion of Rincon's South Telfer gold-copper project in Western Australia

** GGP up over 35% since trading began on June 24

** RCR up 27.3% YTD
