Results of 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

 

Greatland Resources Limited (ASX:GGP, AIM:GGP) (Greatland or the Company)
advises that the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders was held today, 13
November 2025 at 3.00pm AWST, in Perth, Western Australia, where all seven (7)
resolutions were passed by way of a poll.
