ASX TRADING HALT

GreenX Metals Limited (ASX:GRX; LSE:GRX; WSE:GRX) (GreenX or the Company)
advises, that today the Company requested an immediate voluntary trading halt
in its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), pending an
announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

 

The Company has requested that the trading halt remain until the earlier of an
announcement to the market regarding the above or the opening of trade on ASX
on 28 January 2026.

 

Trading in the Company's ordinary securities will continue to trade as normal
on the London and Warsaw Stock Exchanges during this period.
