DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

GreenX Metals Limited (GreenX or the Company) advises that the Annual General
Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at the Conference Room, Ground
Floor, 28 The Esplanade, Perth, Western Australia on Wednesday, 16 November
2022 at 10.00am (AWST).

 

Further information relating to the AGM, including the resolutions proposed
and explanatory information in respect of such resolutions, is set out in the
