 RIC  jumps as much as 12.8% to A$0.220, its biggest intraday
pct gain since Jan. 13
    ** Says it got approval to start drilling at the San Jorge
lithium project in Catamarca, Argentina
    ** Adds that drilling program fully funded via the recent
A$12 mln ($7.98 mln) strategic placement 
    ** GW1 at its highest level since March 21; more than
133,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day average of 67,813
shares
    ** GW1 down nearly 30% this year, as of last close
