("Gresham House" or the "Company")
2018 Performance Share Plan ("PSP")
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces
that, pursuant to the PSP, 35,858 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and been allocated to
Mr Bevan Duncan, PDMR and Managing Director, Strategic Equity. The 35,858
Ordinary Shares so allocated will be transferred by the Gresham House plc
Employee Benefit Trust to Mr Duncan.
The notification which follows, made pursuant to Article 19(3) of the Market
Abuse Regulation, provides further details in respect of the Ordinary Shares
awarded to the relevant PDMR.
