Director/PDMR Shareholding
Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that it
received notice on 18 May 2022 that Ms Sarah Ing, a Non-Executive Director and
PDMR of the Company, today purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each
in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 915.89
pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above share purchase, Ms Ing has a total interest in 4,000
Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.01% per cent of the issued
share capital of the Company.
