Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Gresham House announces that pursuant to the vesting of the 2019 Save As You
Earn Scheme, PDMR, Mr Andrew Hampshire has exercised his options to purchase
965 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 372.8 pence per Ordinary Share. The 965
Ordinary Shares will be transferred by the Gresham House plc Employee Benefit
Trust to Mr Hampshire. The resultant shareholdings are listed below.
