Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Gresham House announces that Mr Anthony Dalwood, CEO and a PDMR of the
Company, has purchased 5,194 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 770 pence per Ordinary
Share. Mr Dalwood's resultant shareholding in the Company, including Ordinary
Shares held by persons connected with him, is listed below.
