Director/PDMR Shareholding
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces
that it received notice on 22 December 2022 that Mr Rupert Robinson, PDMR of
Gresham House, Managing Director of Gresham House Asset Management Limited and
a member of the Company's Management and Investment Committees, transferred
38,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") between brokerage and SIPP accounts in his name.
Mr Robinson's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 575,671
Ordinary Shares, equating to 1.50% of the issued share capital.
