Posting of Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that it has
published its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and
Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on the 'Key Documents' section of its

Copies of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and
Notice of AGM are being sent to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, 1 Wood
Street, London, EC2V 7WS on Thursday 12 May 2022 at 2.00pm.
We are encouraging all questions to be submitted in advance of the AGM and, in
order to cover as many questions as possible, shareholders are requested to
submit their questions via email to info@greshamhouse.com by no later than
noon on Friday, 6 May 2022. The Board will endeavour to answer all questions
received before the deadline.
