Posting of Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, would like to notify
shareholders that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022
and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available within the 'Key
Documents' section of its website: www.greshamhouse.com/gresham-house-plc

Printed copies of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022
and Notice of AGM are being sent to those shareholders who are recorded by the
Company's registrar as having selected hardcopy as their communication
preference. Printed Forms of Proxy are being sent to all shareholders.
The AGM will be held at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood
Street, London, EC2V 7WS on Thursday, 11 May 2023 at 2.00pm.
Any shareholder attending the AGM is eligible to ask questions. Shareholders
can also submit questions in advance of the AGM and, in order to cover as many
questions as possible, it would be appreciated if shareholders could submit
their questions by noon on Thursday, 4 May 2023 via email to
