Progress update: VCT fundraise, UK housing deal & awards

Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager committed to
sustainable investing, is pleased to provide an update on recent news within
the Group, as well as several award wins which underscore its industry leading
expertise within investment products and performance.
Highlights
· The Mobeus VCTs closed a successful fundraising
(https://www.mobeusvcts.co.uk/vct-fundraising) achieving their target of £76
million on 13 December 2022, reflecting their strong track record of
performance and investor appetite to support UK SMEs.
· On 16 December 2022, Baronsmead Venture Trust plc and Baronsmead
Second Venture Trust plc published a prospectus
(https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/BVT/publication-of-a-prospectus/15762463)
to raise up to £40 million in aggregate with the discretion to utilise
over-allotment facilities to raise up to a further £10 million in aggregate.
· Gresham House Residential Secure Income LP (ReSI LP) announced its
acquisition of 469 shared ownership homes

in Cornwall for £46 million from Ocean Housing, unlocking capacity for Ocean
Housing to deliver further affordable housing across Cornwall.
· Gresham House also strengthened its senior team with the appointment
of Simon Adcock

as Head of Portfolio and Co-Fund Manager for its Sustainable Infrastructure
strategy. Simon joined from Bowmark Capital where he was a Partner and Head of
Portfolio.
Awards
The Company was delighted to win a number of industry awards in November,
including 'Alternatives Investment Manager of the Year' and 'Boutique Manager
of the Year' at the Financial News - Excellence in Institutional Fund
Management Awards. Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (GRID) won the
'Environmental & Renewables Award' at the Investment Week Investment
Company of the Year Awards, where The Income & Growth Trust plc, was also
a winner, in the 'Generalist VCT' category.
