("Gresham House" or the "Company")
Vesting of 2018 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") awards
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces
that PSP awards in respect of 274,728 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), vested on 19 September 2022
pursuant to the PSP and following satisfaction of the performance conditions
set out in the Company's announcement dated 12 December 2019, have been
exercised by the PDMRs listed below on 20 September 2022.
The Company's Board of Directors determined that the PSP awards were to be
satisfied in cash, net of all applicable taxes, in accordance with the
provisions of the PSP and in the interests of minimising dilution to
shareholders.
Following the exercise of the PSP awards, the PDMRs listed below retain
significant share-based long-term incentives in the Company.
