Update re Sale of Remaining Assets

 

Following the announcement on 6 March 2026 that the small wind assets were
sold the Company is providing a short update in relation to the sale of the
remaining solar assets.

 

The Company hoped to complete this in Q1 2026.  However, this has been
delayed whilst a number of items were finalised with the preferred buyer. This
process is now nearly complete and the Company expects to announce the outcome
of the sale process shortly.
