Transaction in own shares

 

16(th) February  2024

Griffin Mining Ltd ("the Company") announces that on 15(th) February 2024 it
purchased 40,071 of the Company's own ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 98.0 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been
purchased to be held in treasury for the time being.

Following completion of the purchase of these Ordinary Shares there are
194,828,420 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 10,297,943 Ordinary Shares will
be held in treasury.
