Cancellation of Shares

Cancellation of shares

 

Further to the announcement of the 26(th) February 2024, 10,297,943 ordinary
shares in Griffin Mining Limited ("the Company") purchased under share buyback
programmes have now been cancelled.

 

Following the cancellation of these shares, there are now 184,530,477 ordinary
shares on issue with no outstanding options or warrants.

 

The Company continues with the share buy back programme as announced on the
26(th) February 2024.
