Transaction in own shares

 

 

6(th) November 2025

Griffin Mining Ltd ("the Company") announces that on 5(th) November 2025 it
purchased 20,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 185 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares purchased will be
cancelled.

Following completion of the purchase and cancellation of these Ordinary Shares
there will be 176,630,171 Ordinary Shares in issue. Consequently, shareholders
should use 176,630,171 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in the Company.
