Grovy India rises after board nod for bonus share issue

** Shares of Grovy India  GROV.BO  gain ~5% to 157.3 rupees 
    ** Board of co, which has real estate and stock trading
operations, approved bonus share issue in 3:1 ratio 
    ** GROV logged second straight month of losses in August 
    ** YTD stock has jumped over 48%
