GDANSK, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Polish chemicals group Grupa Azoty ATTP.WA said on Tuesday it aimed to reach a preliminary agreement with stakeholders over the planned sale of its indebted Polyolefins unit to refiner Orlen PKN.WA by the end of the year.
Deputy CEO Andrzej Dawidowski said the potential 1.02 billion zloty ($278.0 million) sale was a "very demanding task" due to the unit's high debt, adding that any agreement would be subject to the consent of all parties, including financing banks.
