    Poland's Grupa Azoty dismisses CEO Skolmowski

    GDANSK, Poland, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Poland's Grupa Azoty ATTP.WA has dismissed CEO Andrzej Skolmowski and two other management board members, the chemical group said on Thursday. Skolmowski was appointed to the role on June 11, 2025.

The supervisory board has delegated vice chair Aleksandra Machowicz-Jaworska to perform the CEO duties for up to three months starting Friday, the regulatory filing showed.
