Poland's Grupa Azoty says unit producing CO2 at 30% of capacity
GDANSK, Aug 26 (Reuters) - Poland's chemical firm Grupa
Azoty's ATTP.WA unit Pulawy ZAPP.WA is maintaining 30% of
its nominal carbon dioxide production volume, group spokesperson
Monika Darnobyt told Reuters on Friday.
Carbon dioxide is a byproduct in making ammonia and soaring
gas prices are making profitable production of ammonia and
nitrogen fertilisers impossible, she added.
