    FOREIGN TRADE 
    The Central Statistical Office of Poland to release foreign 
trade data for January-September at 1300.  
     
    BANKS 
    Ukrainians working and living in Poland have become a target 
for banks, which plan to attract new clients, Rzeczpospolita 
daily said quoting banking sources. 
     
    CONSTRUCTION 
    Every third construction company faces problems with getting 
payments from its clients, Rzeczpospolita daily said quoting an 
industry report.  
     
    AZOTY  ATTP.WA , PULAWY  ZAPP.WA  
    Trade unions at Pulawy, a unit of Polish biggest chemical 
group Azoty, consider a strike against the management plans to 
merge the group's local trading units, Parkiet daily said.
