Grupo Clarín Appoints New Alternate Officer Responsible for Market Relations

 

On 15 March 2022, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine
Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's
Board of Directors had (i) accepted the resignation submitted by Ms. Valentina
López as Alternate Officer Responsible for Market Relations, and (ii) in his
place, appointed Mr. Leandro Diez Monnet, ID No. 25,878,393; maintaining Ms.
Samantha Lee Olivieri as Officer Responsible for Market Relations.
