Court Dismisses Company Petition in Connection with Labor Claim
 
On 22 September 2021-following up on its disclosure of 3 September 2021-Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it had been served notice of a decision rendered on 22 September 2021, whereby the National First Instance Labor Court No. 77 had dismissed the Company's petition to nullify and to substitute an alternative guarantee for the freeze of its accounts in connection with the labor claim entitled "Martínez César Aníbal and other v. Grupo Clarín S.A. re: preliminary procedure", pending before that court.
 
The Company is analyzing the next judicial instances in order to protect its rights with its legal counsel and will keep the public informed of any relevant developments in the case.
