Court renders decision in Pol-Ka Producciones S.A. Dispute
 
On 19 July2021, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that, in connection with its notice dated 13 May 2021, its subsidiary Arte Radiotelevisivo Argentino S.A. had been informed by its subsidiary Pol Ka Producciones S.A. ("Pol Ka") that Pol Ka had been served notice of a decision rendered by the National First Instance Court on Commercial Matters No. 3, Secretariat No. 6 of the City of Buenos Aires in re "Blanco, Fernando v. Pol-Ka Producciones S.A. on Ordinary Proceeding" (File No. 9979/2020), whereby that court decided: a) to maintain, for 90 days, the suspension of the equity increase from Ar$ 8,269,108 to up to Ar$ 51,500,000 (nominal value), the amendment of Article Five of Pol Ka's bylaws and the authorization granted to certain individuals to register the resolutions adopted by Pol Ka's shareholders at the meeting of 13 July 2020 with the Corporate Registry , b) to instruct the appointed observer to inform certain company matters to the court that, according to the judge, will help clarify certain facts under debate in the litigation, and c) to schedule a hearing for 10 August 2021 to be attended by claimant and the President of the defendant, pursuant to Article 36, paragraph 2 of the National Code of Civil and Commercial Procedures.
