Subsidiary Inversora de Eventos S.A. sells Auto Sports S.A.

 

On 31 March 2022, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine
Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on that date,
in connection with its notice dated 10 February 2022, its subsidiary Inversora
de Eventos S.A. ("IESA") had transferred all its shares participation of Auto
Sports S.A., representing 95.76% of the capital stock and votes of Auto Sports
S.A. (the "Shares") to Tango Sports Team SRL.

 

Accordingly, and as informed on 10 February 2022, the purchase price that IESA
will receive for the Shares amounts to USD 957,598.69 (United States Dollars
nine hundred fifty-seven thousand five hundred ninety eight with 69/100).
