Member of Grupo Clarín Supervisory Committee takes Leave of Absence

 

On 10 March 2023, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine
Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's
Supervisory Committee had accepted the leave of absence requested by one of
its members, Mr. Pablo San Martín, who, for personal reasons, will be
temporarily away of the country for the exercise of his duties from (and
including) 9 March 2023 to (and including) 19 March 2023. Mr. San Martín will
resume his position automatically as from 20 March 2023.

 

The Supervisory Committee also resolved that Mr. Rubén Suárez, alternate
member, shall substitute for Mr. San Martín as full member for the duration
of Mr. San Martín's leave.
