Shareholder sues subsidiary Pol Ka Producciones S.A.
 
On 13 May 2021, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that its subsidiary Arte Radiotelevisivo Argentino S.A. had been informed by its subsidiary Pol Ka Producciones S.A. ("Pol Ka") that Pol Ka had been served notice of a claim filed against it by one of its shareholders, in re "Blanco, Fernando v. Pol-Ka Producciones S.A. on Ordinary Proceeding" (File No. 9979/2020), pending before the National First Instance Court on Commercial Matters No. 3, Secretariat No. 6 of the City of Buenos Aires.  Pol Ka was served notice of the decision of Chamber A of the National Court of Appeals to suspend Pol Ka's shareholders' resolution to increase the equity of Pol Ka from Ar$ 8,269,108 to up to Ar$ 51,500,000 (nominal value), to amend Article Five of Pol Ka's bylaws and to authorize certain individuals to register such resolutions with the Corporate Registry which had been adopted at Pol Ka's shareholders' meeting held on 13 July 2020.  Pol Ka infomed that it had proceeded immediately to request that the suspension be lifted and to appeal the court's decision if its request was denied.
