Change in Accounting Reference Date

GS Chain (LSE: GSC) announces that the Company´s accounting reference date
has been changed from 30 April to 30 June.

As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's
reporting calendar will be as follows:

•  Publication of audited accounts for the 14 months to 30 June 2022, no
later than 30 October 2022

•  Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 31
December 2022, no later than 31 March 2023

•  Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 30 June 2023, no
later than 30 October 2023

This announcement contains information which, prior to its disclosure,
constituted inside information as stipulated under Regulation 11 of the Market
Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019/310 (as amended).
