Director Resignation and Appointment of Chairman

 

GS Chain Plc, a UK company admitted to the Equity Shares (Shell Companies)
category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the
"Official List") and to the main market of the London Stock Exchange Group Plc
("Main Market"), announces that Mr. Leon Filipovic has resigned as a Director
of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus on other projects.

 

The Board would like to thank Leon for his contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.

 

Following Leon's resignation, Mr. Paul Carroll, currently a Director of the
Company, has been appointed as Chairman with immediate effect.

 

The Board believes that Paul's experience will support the Company as it
continues to progress its strategic objectives.

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to ULKR 6.4.8R in
respect of this appointment.
