Intention to Cross-Trade on OTC Markets Group

GS Chain (LSE: GSC) is pleased to announce that it intends to file an
application with OTC Markets Group for the Company's shares to be publicly
cross-traded on the OTCQB Venture Market ("OTCQB"), which would make GS
Chain's shares more widely available to North American investors.  First
Sentinel Corporate Finance ("FSCF") is the Company's Adviser on the LSE and
will act as OTC Sponsor to the Company.

Chain's common shares will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange (the
"LSE") under the symbol "GSC".
