GS Retail to acquire stake in Delivery Hero's S.Korean business Yogiyo

SEOUL, Aug 13 (Reuters) - South Korean retailer GS Retail Co
Ltd 007070.KS said on Friday it is acquiring a 300 billion won
($257 million) stake in an investment vehicle that will take
over Delivery Hero's DHER.DE South Korean business Yogiyo.
