** Palladium ETFs fall, tracking spot palladium prices
 XPD=  which fell over 5%  MET/L 
    ** Abrdn Physical Palladium Shares ETF  PALL.P  down 4.1%,
Sprott Physical Platinum and Palladium Trust  SPPP.P  loses 3.3%
    ** Abrdn Physical Precious Metals Basket Shares ETF  GLTR.P 
declines 1.9%
    ** Canada's Palladium One Mining Inc  PDM.V  decreases 2.4%
    ** Shares of gold miners also dip as bullion slips 1% toward
2-1/2-month lows in anticipation of large rate hike by Fed
