Palladium ETFs track lower metal prices on stronger dollar

** Palladium ETFs fall, tracking a sharp decline in prices
of precious metals including palladium  GOL/ 
    ** Prices weighed by firmer dollar; investors also await
minutes of a Fed July meeting on Wed for cues on rate hikes
    ** Spot palladium  XPD=  slipped 3.3% to $2,150.09
    ** Abrdn Physical Palladium Shares ETF  PALL.P  loses 2%,
Sprott Physical Platinum and Palladium Trust  SPPP.P  down 3.1%,
and Abrdn Physical Precious Metals Basket Shares ETF  GLTR.P 
fall 1.7%
    ** Canada's Palladium One Mining Inc  PDM.V  dips 3.2%
    ** Meanwhile, shares of gold miners also tumble after
